Execute Series 2026
The room where the work actually gets done.
14 Tuesdays. 10:00 to 12:00. Training Room, 9100 Jane Street. September 15 to December 15.
What it is
You come in with a business and you leave with something built, plus a date it gets used. You sit in a pod of five or six agents who know what you committed to last week and who will ask about it this week.
The fall season runs in two arcs. September to late October points at closing business inside this calendar year. November onward points at owning Q1 2027, because work started in November completes in February. The lag is six to eight weeks, every time, and the season is built around that fact.
What a Tuesday looks like
Brain trust, 15 minutes. One agent brings a live deal problem and the room solves it. On September 15 there were more than 578 years of real estate experience sitting in that room. Most agents say this segment is why they come.
Pod work, 75 minutes. You build the thing: a 90 day close plan, a reason to call, a CMA target list, a door knock route. Your pod pressure tests it and calls out anything that is a wish rather than an action.
Accountability close, 30 minutes. Your number, out loud, in front of people who will remember it next Tuesday.
Four Tuesdays are live fire. You do the lead generating work inside the session and come back with real numbers. Call day is September 29. Door knock is October 20. CMA drop is November 10.
The scoreboard
Every week you log what you did: conversations, new contacts, appointments held, market analyses, agreements signed. Your pod standing goes on the board.
The point of it is the lag. Seeing six weeks of your own numbers in one place turns "I should prospect more" into a number you can argue with.
What you leave with
A written 90 day close plan with every live opportunity named and dated. A reason to call that has survived contact with an actual phone call. A pod that notices when you go quiet.
Who it is for
Any RE/MAX Premier agent, at any experience level. The pods are built on purpose to put newer agents beside people who have been doing this for twenty years. That is the whole design.
Where AI fits
AI is in the room every week as a tool. It is not the subject of a session again this year. That was Q2, and the room told me what it thought of that.
Once you are registered you get the Execute 2026 badge. Every week presentation and handout then appears on this site at 6:00 AM on the morning of that session.
